Cool photos..you're going to be living inside in no time!
That’s a very romantic sunset, and what a great spot to see it from! It would be great if you had a roof deck or a roof garden. That way, you would always be able to enjoy the sunset, and maybe even the sunrise from the other end of the house!

Actually I can sit inside and watch the winter sunset though my living room windows :-)
Lovely sunset, indeed! :) Did you know that roof trusses are used as an alternative to stick roof framing? Roof trusses give roofing contractors the advantage of reducing the construction time by using prefabricated roof trusses.

Aww. Whenever I see sunset, I always feel mixed emotions, and I don’t know why. Like what Rodney said, maybe you can consider turning it into a roof garden where you can hang out, and enjoy not only the sunset, but the sunrise as well.

I’ve always found roof trusses to be really cool. They’re a nice throwback to the old gothic churches, or the colonial-style homes of old. It would be pretty easy to put a colored piece of glass on top of those roof trusses and cast some sort of artwork on the floor below on a really sunny day. You could also put a protective tarp on those for when it rains.

With a view like that, I’m sure that it’s one heck of an experience watching both the sunset and sunrise. You should transform your roof into a roof garden or something like that, where you can stay with your family and have a wonderful sightseeing experience.

Actually it's a shed style roof with a rather steep incline. But the wall below is solid windows, so I can sit inside where it's warm and enjoy the view.
